For orders from Germany:
After clicking the order button first time users receive an e-mail containing a verification link, that has to be clicked by the customer. The order is complete only after that verification process. Verified customers can log in with their username and password. For online orders over 500 EUR (net) within Germany there are no freight/packaging and coolant charges!
