Enzyme kinetics, inhibitor screening Active human IGFR1 (GenBank Accession No. NP_000875) MW=72.3 kDa. GST fusion protein containing the 46 kDa cytoplasmic domain of the beta-subunit of the human Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Receptor Kinase, residues 930-1337, expressed in a baculovirus expression system. Source: Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells Formulated in: 1.0 mg/ml in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5 and 1 mM DTT. Stability: >6 months at ?80°C Purity: >80% by SDS-PAGE.
