Active human HER4 kinase (ERBB4) (GenBank Accession No. NM_005235), amino acids 708-993, MW=59.5 kDa, expressed in an Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Assay condition: The enzyme reaction was carried out at 37° C for 20 min in a buffer containing 20 mM of Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM of MgCl2, 1 mM of MnCl2, 1 mM of DTT and 1 mM of ATP. 1µg/ml poly(Glu4- Tyr) peptide substrate. Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
