The Cayman p53 Product Pack contains PRIMA-1, a p53 re-activator that restores the apoptotic activity of mutant p53 via conformational modulation. Included in the p53-PAK is Cayman's p53 (Phospho-Ser392) Polyclonal Antibody (Cay-10004807), as well as (±)-Nutlin-3 (Cay-10004372), a p53 activator working via inhibition of p53/Mdm2 binding. Cayman's Caylin-2 (Cay-10005002), a nutlin analog with growth enhancing properties at low concentrations that are opposite those of (±)-nutlin-3.
