Ex: 651 nm. Em: 662 nm. Soluble in: DMSO. APC is an red fluorescent protein which has an excitation wavelength of 651nm and an emission wavelength of 662 nm. ReadiLinkT APC Conjugation Kit provides a simple and convenient method to conjugate your antibodies with APC. The conjugated antibody can be used in WB, ELISA and IHC applications. This kit is sufficient for 2 labeling reactions, each up to 50 ug of antibody. We recoomend that the amount of antibody used in a labeling reaction be slightly less than the amount of APC. The best ratio for any new antibody reagent must be determined by experimentation.
