Human MEK1 (K97R) (GenBank Accession No. NM_002755), full length, containing a Lysine to Arginine mutation at position 97, with C-terminal His6 tag, expressed in E. coli. Applications: A suitable substrate of cRAF. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
