By circumventing the desalting or dialysis steps that commonly interrupt traditional protein labeling procedures, Lightning-Link(TM) Rapid technology can be used to label small quantities of antibody with 100% recovery. The technology is scalable and can be used to label µgs to mgs of antibody. Fluorescein is a fluorophore widely used in biological analysis, with a pH dependent absorption and emission spectrum.
