Ex: 542 nm. Em: 558 nm. Soluble in: DMSO. FAM, TET, VIC, JOE, NED, TAMRA and ROX fluorescent dyes are frequently used for labeling oligos. These fluorescent oligo conjugates are often used for nucleic acid sequencing and nucleic acid amplification. Our Helix FluorT 555 is an excellent alternative to the VIC dye for preparing fluorescent oligos.
