Total RNA isolation For total RNA isolation from samples of human, animal, plan, yeast, bacterial and viral origin. Complete kit containing isolation solution and manual. Monophase solution format. Ready to use. RiboEx is based on the disruption of cells in guanidine salt / detergent solution, followed by organic extraction and alcohol precipitation of the RNA, and it allows simultaneous processing of a large number of samples in a preperation time of 50-60 minutes. RiboEx can yield up to 10 µg / 1 mg tissue or up to 30 µg / 1 x 10(6) cultured cells of highly purified total RNA (OD260/280 > 2.0, OD260/280 > 1.8). RiboEx can isolate total RNA from up to 100 mg tissue / 1 ml RiboEx(TM) and up to 1 x 10(7) cells / 1 ml RiboEx(TM).
