Genomic DNA isolation  For isolation of genomic DNA from whole blood and blood derivates. Complete kit containing a specially formulated buffer system and protocol handbook. Ready to use. Solution format, no need for organic solvents. GenEx B Sx (Whole blood and blood derivatives) provides a convenient method fot the isolation of high purity total DNA from whole blood and blood derivates. The GenEx B Sx kit can yield up to 15 µg DNA from whole blood samples and up to 150 µg DNA from buffy coat samples. It is recommended for sample volumes of 300 µl. This kit utilizes a specially formulated buffer system in order to process the sample scalable and obtain DNA of very high molecular weight. Furthermore rescalable preparation depending on sample amount is possible. The extracted DNA can be applied directly to PCR, southern blotting and restrictions enzyme assay and other downstream assays. | |||||
