The Plasmid SV kit midi can yield up to 300 µg of highly purified plasmid DNA in 50 - 60 min. The DNA can be directly applied for PCR, cloning, automated sequencing, synthesis of labeled hybridization probes and other enzymatic reactions without further manipulation.
