Genomic DNA isolation  For isolation of genomic DNA from tissues and cells. Complete kit containing columns, collection tubes, buffers, Proteinase K and protocol handbook. Ready to use.Spin column/ vacuum column format. No use of organic solvents. The Exgene(TM) Tissue SV mini kit provides a simple and rapid method for the isolation of total DNA from animal tissues and cultured cells. This kit can process 25 mg of wet tissue and yields up to 50 µg depending on the type of sample used. A specially formulated buffer system minimizes RNA contamination of the extracted DNA. If RNA-free genomic DNA is required, the sample can be treated with RNase A. No organic extraction and alcohol precipitation are needed and multiple samples can be easily processed simultaneously. The elution volume of the DNA is 30 - 400 µl.The purified DNA has a high purity of A260/A280: 1.8 - 2.0 and it takes 25 - 220 minutes of preparation time. The DNA can be directly applied for PCR, Southern blotting, AFLP, RFLP, RAPD and other enzymatic reactions. | |||||
