EGFR, active mouse recombinant protein

Mouse EGFR (GenBank Accession No. NM_207655/ NP_997538), (amino acids 670-1210) with C-terminal Flag-tag, MW = 62 kDa, expressed in SF9 cells via a baculovirus expression system. Stability: >6 months at -80°C. Assay Conditions: Assay was done in a Kinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)-biotin substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 µM ATP. The reaction to place at 30°C for 40 min. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega). Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
