DLL3 (human) (rec.)

Signal peptide and extracellular domain of human DLL3 (aa 27-466) are fused at the N-terminus to a FLAG(R)-tag. Endotoxin Content: <0.02EU/?g purified protein (LAL test, Lonza). DLL3 (Delta-like protein 3, Delta3) inhibits primary neurogenesis. It plays a role in the formation of somite boundaries during segmentation of the paraxial mesoderm. DLL3 binds and activates Notch-1 or another Notch receptor. Defects in DLL3 are the cause of spondylocostal dysostosis type 1 (SCDO1).
