CTACK mouse recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 95 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 10.9 kDa. CTACK is a chemotactic factor that attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes. CTACK is involved in mediating homing of lymphocytes to cutaneous sites. CTACK Binds to CCR10. The biological activity determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using human peripheral blood lymphocytes is in a concentration range of 10 - 100 ng/ml.
