IHC The breast exploratory tissue micro array (TMA) is designed as a comprehensive slide based TMA which incorporates samples of different cancerous, normal, normal adjacent, and different species of breast tissues. This includes fourteen cores of seven different immortal breast cancer cell lines along with various normal mouse and rat tissues samples. There is patient data from thirty seven individual breast cancer cases. All data is pathologist validated and includes age, sex, diagnosis, and other relevant information. Additionally, while many laboratories use adhesive tape for sectioning tissue arrays, our slides are constructed without the use of adhesive tape. This ensures that no trace amounts of adhesive will remain on the tissues which could interfere with IHC staining, thereby protecting antigen integrity.
