Suitable for membrane applications using alkaline phosphatase (AP). SUB7 is not recommended for microwell (ELISA) or immunohistochemical applications. SUB7 is a one component ready to use formulation containing BCIP plus NBT substrate. The SUB7 substrate reacts with the AP enzyme to yield an insoluble dark blue reaction product.
