Product information "Anti-phospho-IL3R (Tyr766) (Cytokine Receptor Common beta, GM-CSF/IL-3/IL-5 Receptor Common beta Sub"
IL3R (also known as CSF2RB) is a common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and GM-CSF. Defective IL3R has been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP). PAP is an autosomal recessive fatal respiratory disease. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Dot Blot: 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
