Anti-TSPY1S Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. TSPY1S antibody is human and mouse reactive. At least three isoforms of TSPY1 are known to exist, this antibody will detect only TSPY1S Protein function: Isoform 1: Cytokine that induces the release of T-cell- attracting chemokines from monocytes and, in particular, enhances the maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells. Can induce allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells. [The UniProt Consortium]
