Interleukin 12 (IL-12) is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of a p35 and a p40 subunit. The p35 subunit is unique to IL-12, while the p40 subunit also occurs in IL-23. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5ul labels 5 x 10e5 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, Sf 21-derived, recombinant human IL-35 p35 subunit (aa23-219). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
