C-C Chemokine Receptor type 6 (CCR6) is a multi-pass membrane protein and G-protein coupled receptor for chemokines such as MIP-3 alpha. CCR6 is expressed in lymphocytes, T-cells and B-cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. , Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.75ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1.0ug/ml. Antigen retrieval is required., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
