Note: Protein is secreted and converted to the active form with disulfide link (light chain amino acids 43-199, heavy chain amino acids 212-461). The signal peptide (1-32) and propeptide (amino acids 33-42) is cleaved. MW = approx.60 kD, approx.42 kD, approx.20 kD under reducing conditions.
