Additional Data Supplied All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
PreparationTotal protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.
Quality Control1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot.
2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

FormSupplied as a liquid in HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, glycerol, sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
