| Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipation. Other applications have not been tested. |
| Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT. |
| Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin) | 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RT. |
| Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. | |

| Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
