If an antibody does not perform as described on the datasheet, please contact our technical service team, who will assist you during troubleshooting. If this is not successfull or your results show an apparent malfunction of the delivered antibody, we will offer you a free of charge replacement. If an identical or similar product is not available, we will credit or refund your purchase.
