 Ready-to-use Nuclear Fast Red Solution.
IntroductionNuclear Fast Red Solution is designed for use as a counterstaining solution in immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedures using common chromogens like BCIP/NBT. Nuclei will be stained red-pink. Cytoplasm will be yellow or unstained. Specimens counterstained with Nuclear Fast Red Solution should be dehydrated and mounted with a xylene-based mounting media. This counterstain is not compatible with aqueous mounting media. DescriptionNuclear Fast Red Solution contains a nuclear fast red stain (a.k.a. Kernechtrot) in stabilizing buffer.
