Powerful ready-to-use chromogenic substrate solution for HRP in in situ hybridization (ISH) procedures.
AEC (3-Amino-9-Ethylcarbazole) is a commonly used chromogene for immunohistochemical (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) procedures. Upon reaction with peroxidase AEC produces a red colored deposit that is soluble in alcohol. Thus, aqueous counterstain and mounting media must be used.
Ready-to-use AEC solution in stabilizing buffer. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Optimized for the use in in-situ hybridization (ISH) procedures to result in intensive staining with low background.
