![]() The HRP-Green Solution Set is a new chromogen used in immunohistochemical and chromogenic in situ hybridization applications. HRP-GreenHRP-Green is a unique 2-components chromogen specifically developed for use in chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH) and immunohistochemical (IHC) staining methods where peroxidase (HRP) is the enzyme label. HRP-Green is supplied as two liquid components, the buffer and the chromogen solution. Unlike conventional HRP-substrates developing green precipitates, the working solution is stable for at least 4 hours at room temperature! In contrast to the commonly used DAB chromogen, none of the HRP-Green components is suspected to be carcinogenic. In the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) HRP-Green deposits a green reaction product at the site of the target, which can be visualized with standard optical light microscopy. HRP-Green shows a nice contrast with alkaline phophatase subtrates and can be used with common counterstains as e.g. Mayers Hematoxylin or Nuclear Fast Red. HRP-Green stained slides can be mounted permanently using xylene-based standard permanent mounting media. Related Products
