Recommended Positive Control Tissue: Colon or breast carcinoma Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgM Negative Control, Applications: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Paraffin. 1:1000, Western Blotting: 1:1000, Immunoprecipitation , Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose.
