Anti-TTBK2 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. TTBK2 antibody is human specific. At least four isoforms of TTBK2 are known to exist, this antibody will detect only the two largest isoforms. Protein function: Receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Forms a functional complex with TSLP and IL7R which is capable of stimulating cell proliferation through activation of STAT3 and STAT5. Also activates JAK2.
