Glutathione S Transferase omega 1 is a member of the theta class glutathione-S-transferase-like (GSTTL) protein family. In mouse, the encoded protein acts as a small stress response protein, likely involved in cellular redox homeostasis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry . Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:200, Immunocytochemistry: 1:200, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1906 IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch , I1906-10 IgY, Chicken-HRP Rb x Ch , I1906-12 IgY, Chicken-FITC Rb x Ch , I1906-14 IgY, Chicken-AP Rb x Ch, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
