Anti-CD100 (Semaphorin-4D, A8, BB18, GR3, SEMA4D, C9orf164, SEMAJ)

Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellants that direct pioneering neurons during nervous system development. CD100 is a novel semaphorin that induces B cells to aggregate and improves their viability in vitro. CD100 modifies CD40-CD40L B-cell signaling by augmenting B-cell aggregation and survival and down-regulating CD23 expression. CD72 is a lymphocyte receptor for the Class IV semaphorin CD100, which is involved in regulating B cell signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
